  Beth Howard is an Elite Real Estate Agent. She has come through for me huge on two separate occasions. First, around 10 years ago, after working with Beth for several months, we purchased a home "For Sale By Owner." I felt terrible for Beth, and I didn't want to go into the paperwork alone. So, I paid her a flat fee as a consultant. Money well spent. She helped me identify an oil tank buried in the backyard, which saved me twice what I was paying her.
  
  Years later, during the past few weeks, while I have been closing another property here in California where I live now, I have enlisted Beth's assistance with some lose ends related to my old Portland Property. I am touched by how selfless Beth has been, assisting me immediate. She is a live saver.
  
  There are few business professionals out there with Beth Howard's work ethic and heart. She cares deeply for her customers. Also, she is an expert in her field. You cannot go wrong with Beth.
