  My dog broke his dew claw somehow, we called to see what we should do and the staff was very understanding and informative. We set up an appt for the next day and the whole visit took less than an hour from checking in, getting his claw removed, and checking out. The staff were all very friendly and helpful even so much as to help get my dog back in the car since I had my toddler on my hip.
  
  We don't have a regular vet yet, but we'll likely be bringing our pets back here.
