  Carly, who welcomed us, did so with a smile and an warm greeting. She said, "this must be Bella!" and it made me feel right at home. Dr. Kiefer saw our dog Bella who ruptured a ligament. He was so patient and informative and he even went through everything with us again, because my husband had arrived late. I felt like we were in really great loving hands and were able to make the best decision for our dog.
