  BUYERS BEWARE!!! Very poor customer service! Not very knowledgeable about the questions I asked about the tanks I ordered. They were unsure about dates and times of shipping or a projected date and time for a destination delivery. They gave no confirmation on anything… No tracking #num, no confirmation #num or a legitimate billing invoice or Email pertaining to my order. I was told my shipment would be here on Wed 9-17 or Thur 9-18. It is now Mon the 22nd and nothing showed up. I never received any phone call or Email about my products or delivery. I made a $2000 deposit a month ago and a $500 payment about 2 weeks later. I made efforts to rush my order because I'm leaving town. I also made a credit card payment to speed the process up. They told me that they won't ship till the last payment has cleared. However, that is NOT what was DISCLOSED when I FIRST asked about payments and delivery. I paid about $3500 to this business and as of now and I'm left in question about they're integrity and honesty. THIS COMPANY HAS NO STANDARD PRACTICE OF QUALITY SERVICE TO CONSUMERS.
