  The numbers on the garages make things confusing. The roads blocked off go into the apt making it complicated to even get in and out of this place. So easy to get into a car wreck here. No parking.

  Are you thinking of renting a unit here? DON'T! It's managed by one of the biggest property management companies in the country, Greystar. What does that mean? You're going to receive a corporate-style customer service and experience while living here. I'm guessing once you rent from Greystar, your next home will be a mortgage because you'll never want to rent a property again!
  
  Do you have a vehicle, maybe ever 2 vehicles? You should sell them! There's never parking here! Why? Because the developers of Springville Oaks apartments would rather fit more units than build more parking spots. In return, you have two options; rent a garage space for $130/month OR park half a mile away and walk. BUT, don't forget you live in Oregon and it rains 70% of the year. We decided to rent out a garage for the ridiculous amount of $130/month. I asked for a second garage door opener, and the property management (Camille) asked for $50. Why should I buy the second remote? I DON'T OWN THIS PROPERTY, I shouldn't need to invest a penny into anything that should have already been there. As I've asked the neighbors and they were given a second remote. I'm guessing the previous tenant lost the garage door opener and now there's only one.
  
  We're ONLY a month into our lease and have 12 months left (13-month lease). I'm guessing I'll have A LOT more to add in the coming months, but for now, I would like to warn potential tenants. Thankfully, this will give us enough time to find and buy a home.
