  Our server was amazing and nice but atmosphere is not the greatest. There was no greeter at the front and around​ 3 employees saw me standing waiting to be seated and not one greeted and or even smiled. They just looked at me with a blank stare and walked on by to got chat with their buddies. I have come to this restaurant before and it's service seems to be worsening.

  Heather at Red Robin refused us service on a graduation night spoiling our graduation party at 9:30 pm at the 205 Mall. Red Robin's management should've been prepared for a graduation rush. I am surprised that a corporate chain was ill prepared to serve the public on a graduation night. Congratulations to Denny's who was well prepared to serve the public on a graduation night. They welcomed everyone that came in. Thank you Denny's for your kind service and warm welcome.
