  The waiting time was horrible (but I understand that it’s flu season and my son wasn’t the only patient) :)
  
  The doctor who attended my son was doctor Alexandre R Picard! He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining our sons diagnosis instead of rushing on to the next patient. He answered all of our questions in depth and made my sons experience great!
  
  Also, all the nurses and staff rocked!
