  When I had found out that Carolyn the long time manager of this location was leaving I was worried about the service of whoever might take over. Even considered closing my unit. Carolyn provided an amazing level of customer service. I wasnt feeling confident that anyone could fill the position. There were some recent complications with my account and I walked into the office. I was met by Samantha and after a few minutes all my concerns and apprehensions were set aside. Samantha was wonderful. She was knowledgeable. Friendly and courteous. She has what some customer service representives lack. And that's connection and sympathy to the customer. She easily related with me and tried to correct the situation and worked with me. I feel confident in saying that if she stays public storage will continue to receive not only my business but my recommendations to others to use that location. Samantha is ideal.
