  I am addicted to the classes at Mod Physique. I look forward to going and hate when I can't. I feel and see a real difference with my body since becoming an active and dedicated member. I had a hell of a time trying to get my body back to bikini shape after having my second child. I was hopeful but losing faith that I could actually do it. I tried several different fitness facilities and this one changed my life mentally and physically. I could not recommend this place more.
