  Wow! Great job, Great price. My dilemma was a 100 year old not in very good shape oak floor with gouges, short boards, large gaps between boards, 1000 staples, paint and even burnt spots left from the coals of an old wood stove. Mike assured me several times it was all NO problem.. It took a couple weeks to get me in the scheduled, he's a busy guy. The day finally came and he showed up right on time with his crew of four and worked hard to make it all look beautiful. They had it done in just one day. I Just love how it turned out! Highly recommended. I added a before pic at the transition between the two rooms, which I provided but they installed and stained...
