Worst tech support ever, brought in my laptop for a hard drive replacement they told me oh we'll call you back by Monday, no one called so I went that said it's not done yet, we didn't call you, you have hard-drive failure. You need a new hard.
Okay why nobody call me to. Tell me? Or email ?
They told me 1 hour and it'll be ready, i was in Portland and I live in vancouver so i came back after one hour
They told me it's not Done yet
Every time I go to the store they know what's my problem and they talking on the microphone te each other to delay me
At the the end i said I'll come pick it up next sat
They said it's alright, i had a problem and i had to leave town so i came back literally after 10 mins to pick it up
They told me you can't pick it up because the technician put a new hard drive in
I said if she put it in install the windows and my driver's
If not put the old one back
Why playing so much games? Why do 20 mins job in 2 weeks?
They'll try to sell you but not fix it for you
The tech support were all nice except this one guy his name starts with J and he knows him self
I'm not gonna put your full name on here, but I promise a whole review about you
