  You get what you pay for. I'd only use this paint for interior walls. It's extremely inferior on exterior walls and the weather it's presented with. DO NOT USE ON ANY EXTERIOR WALL THAT FACES SOUTH. I put some brand new wood siding on a southern facing exterior wall. Then put on 2 coats of primer and then 2 coats of metro paint. That was August of 2015 and the paint is showing signs of wear. Now I'm going to have to paint it again this Summer but I won't be using Metro.
  
  EDIT: Switched my review from 2 stars to 1 star. This paint is WORTHLESS for exterior use. If you want to flip a house use it. If you want to paint your exterior every 2 years then yes use it. I would only use this paint for interior use where it wont see any rain or sun. It will cost you $25-$30 for some GOOD exterior paint which is triple what the Metro cost but then you will only have to paint your exterior every 10-15 years.
