  We are very disappointed and frustrated with the service. Jim said he would bring 4 strong men and a truck, but only one strong, hustle and he just stayed back in the Truck to load and unload. The other 3 includes one woman, 2 men about 20 to 24 years old. One of them is a new mover. They are slow and not hustle. The moving started from 9:30AM to 7:30PM and cost me so much money $1200. The new younger mover hurts his back and did not work for an hour but still charged us. They lost the study desk rolling wheels.
