  Guy who came out to do the repair was a very kind person. Came to my house even; which is very convenient; except when they forget to tell me during scheduling that the windshield needs to be dry for 8 hours before repair. Important thing to mention in the Springtime in Oregon. Makes sense after being told, but I thought a simple wipe down would do the trick. I don't blame the guy who came to repair it, he has to do things the right way, but very frustrating to have to stare at the chip longer when I expected to have it repaired today.

  On 2/12/18 - Dennis at American Glass was very nice, got to my place quickly & got the job done in the time frame he said it would take, would definitely recommend this company for car window replacement, also Thank you for cleaning up the broken glass with the shop-vac totally didn't expect that!!
