  I started as a caregiver with Frontier Management at one of their communities in Happy Valley. I put in hard work and was persistent in expressing my goals to advance in the organization and eventually got promoted to Medication Technician, a position i did so well in that within a year, I was Lead Noc Med Aide and then Swing lead and day lead. My aspirations didn't stop there, I wanted to advance and made my desires known to the management team at Monterey. Finally, in January 2015, I was promoted to Life Enrichment Coordinator. I was even given the opportunity to implement an entirely different Life Enrichment program in our community! It was great! I have such a love for this line of work and I feel blessed to have had such supportive management on my team. Even at a regional level, we are noticed and told good job or whatever. Letitia London is the regional for Monterey Court, she manages a ton of buildings and sees hundreds of people daily all across her region, yet when she comes to my community, she knows me by name and takes time to have a conversation with me and all staff. I am getting a little long winded at this point in time with the review, but I am so appreciative of the opportunities I have been afforded with Frontier Management, and I look forward to whatever the future may hold!

  My mother spent 15 months at Frontier's Hawk's Ridge facility in Hood River, OR. She left that mess, run by Executive Director Tia Woodall, who presently runs Arbor Oaks in Newburg, OR, because it became unlivable.
  
  Both myself and my mother tried to work with first Woodall, and then Woodall's boss at the time, and as I acquired basically a case against Frontier, with Frontier.
  
  They were not then, nor are they now, responsive. to the level of Leticia London. They are far far worse than that. When you bring to a company's attention they have a serious heath issue, contamination of a building with laundry soap, and they blow you off, that is one thing. When they accuse the complainant of personal misconduct and indeed call the cops on them to prevent a move out, that is something else.
  
  Roderick and his crew might be building a billion dollar empire, unfortunately it appears that it is a part criminal empire where the rules are for suckers and fools. If your loved ones, family members, relatives and friends are part of that criminal empire, help yourself to a Frontier experience.
  
  If you are neither a sucker nor a fool, and find criminal conduct distasteful, as in soap residue on your sheets and pillow cases, don't go near these facilities. And if you drive near by one of these hell holes and some cop gives you that "oh my, a troublemaker sneer," go somewhere else as fast as you can.
  
  Roderick may end up the biggest, but he will never be the best.
