  Great location, and once I visited a few times, I got the layout and can find almost anything. I rate low, however, because recently they've added cameras and screens to a number of aisles. I get why this is necessary, but having the damn thing chime loudly every few seconds whenever I'm in the aisle only makes me shop elsewhere for the goods that are under such close scrutiny. I'd love to be able to just browse and make my choices in peace, instead of listening to the grating noise of a chime reminding me that I'm being watched. I'm doing nothing wrong, so why should I care? Turn the chime off, please. I'm sure anybody who intends to shoplift is well aware of the fact they're on camera from the moment they enter this store.
  
  Add to this the fact that I have never seen less than a 15 minute wait at customer service, and my purchases at Fred Meyer are severely limited. The staff is not at fault here, let me be clear. This is only the fault of management
