  If I could give zero Stars I would. I've never been one to have bad review really I'm a very optimistic person. I got my van towed to Firestone to have it diagnosed long story short I get it back one month later. And they couldn't finish the diagnosis and apparently did over $2,000 worth of work on it without asking me which I guess they plan on charging me if they did fix it. Luckily for me they couldn't figure it out and I didn't have to pay for it but it's just very unfortunate it took so long I mean one month that's crazy. It was a an extreme circumstance I don't think it happens very often but that was just my experience. I would only take your car here to get the tires changed and not have engine work done on it because there's only one technician who can do it.
