  I love Dr. Bentz. He’s a great doctor but it is impossible to reach anybody in this office by phone, it takes a long time to schedule an appointment and recently, I needed a prescription refilled before going out of the country and they demanded that I come in for an appointment to see the doctor which is completely asinine given that it is a sleeping pill that I have been using for years.Great doctor but not sure it is worth the administrative challenges and significant Lack of convenience.

  Very poor customer service. Front desk, nurses, billing dept... is it too much to ask to just not be straight up rude? My husband and I were both prescribed some heavy duty medications and never received even a follow up phone call—dangerous. Our health insurance status changed and without discussing any options with us, Fanno Creek said, “Sorry, can’t help you.” Actually, they could have, they simply refused. It’s a terrible way to be treated.
