  I don't like when i ask how much a oil change cost and then you tell me :$ 29.99 then do the job then charge me $45.00 saying i charged extra because you need 6 quarts instead of 5 quarts you should of mention it could cost extra before you did the job. I know one extra quart of regular coventional oil don't cost a extra 15 dollars. Then i asked about is my power steering fluid leak you tell me it's the engine funny my engine wasn't leaking before i got there not to mention my oil cap was left half way off the first oil change my husband notice it then tell me the job can cost 1000 dollars to repair it . The whole situation seems shady.
