  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I never write reviews but this place is the pits. I read the reviews but told myself this place couldn't possibly be that bad and the old manager (Lisa) convinced me it would be better after all it's in the Pearl. The apartments themselves are nice but the location of this place is awful. For being a "secure" building I had BOTH MY CAR AND APARTMENT BROKEN INTO and the staff couldn't seem to care less. It's not like I left anything of value out either.The noise in insufferable. You're either right next to Safeway's receiving where there's this loud BEEP every time a car comes in or goes out or you're next to the highway which is equally awful. Add to that the paper thin walls and you'll go insane. The staff is a revolving door of kids that clearly have no idea what they're doing/how to manage the property. For the amount you pay you would think the staff could show up looking presentable and not be rude to the tenants. They're also passive aggressive 90% of the time. They'll charge you every fee they can at move out and try to change the lease up on you. The elevators are slow and the community events are pathetic at best. I've never been so happy to leave a place. If you're going to spend the money to be in the pearl there are about a million other places that are infinitely better.
