  I can't comment on Dr Burford's actual bedside manner, since I didn't even get through to her. Dr Burford is an endocrinologist and I have a diagnosis (and treatment plan!) involving my endocrine system, but the front desk turned me away stating they "don't treat that diagnosis".
  All I wanted was to get blood tests done, in order to renew my prescription, but apparently this endocrinologist doesn't treat the endocrine system.
