  I called for to sign up for their service with a lady named Rosalyn and she said she would mail me a SIMM card to start service but I never received it. Two weeks pass and still no SIMM card so I call customer service but they do not know what is going on. So I asked to speak w a manager and the girl put me on hold for 10 minutes and came back and said none are available.
  
  Then said she would transfer me to tech support and put me on hold for about five minutes then disconnected me. I called back again and spoke w another person who said there was no information in their system showing I had ever called in to get service started!
  
  I had spent about 30 minutes on the phone with Rosalyn when initially called in to get service and she had even taken my credit card information and now they say there is no record that ever happened!! How inefficient and incompetent this company is and they claim they won the JD Power Award for excellence. Also they don't even have Visual Voice Mail like the larger carriers have. What a joke!
