  After very carefully reviewing properties in this area, we chose Clermont Apartments and couldn't be happier with our decision. The Property Manager is AMAZING and the whole staff has been so helpful. We've lived in apartments for many years, and this was the best move-in experience we've had thus far.
  As far as the community goes, parking is a little tight but other than that, it's fantastic. The neighbors have been super friendly, it's quiet and the grounds are extremely clean - which we appreciate. Right now they are painting the property a different color and it looks great! You can tell they really care about the property and the residents here. We plan to stay here for a long time! :-) I highly recommend Clermont Apartments!
