  We went to cancel our policy because, wow, expensive. My wife was told "the agent would have to call you to cancel it." They gave her the address attached to the account, which was a place we'd never lived. Despite promises to call us back to cancel, it never happened. We delayed starting new insurance a week while they figured out how to use the telephone. That's a week of paying insurance we didn't want or need. I called on Friday, they said they never had a note to call. A meager apology later, it's finally set to be cancelled. State Farm sucks, this office helps it suck.
