  5-21-18, In my Opinion Run if you can, Go have a "Second Opinion", I wish I would have, I had other surgeons look at my MRI after Derail did surgery on me because I have Severe Pain in my Neck after surgery, They "ALL" Say they would NOT have done surgery on me and there was "No Neurological Reason For Surgery". Do not Believe Derail, Google His name and read about the lady he ran over at the airport, Derail has NO Value for Human life !
