  A nice, clean studio run by friendly and encouraging instructors. They cater to, and make feel welcome, all experience levels. Bikram works best when you do it as often as possible, as I understand it, but even if you only go twice a week you'll notice an improvement in your life/health. Go! Do it! But maybe not the 5:30 am class, it's starting to get a little crowded.
