  Bruce Young, shame on you. I've known you since you personally sold me two coaches back in the Olinger day's, and I personally sought out your dealership based on my dealings with you from back then. Apparently ownership isn't your strong point. Have you read all these negative service related posts? Worst service department I've ever dealt with in 35 years of owning an RV. We have had our new Tiffin in several times now and its always the same unprofessionally run department. I wont waste anymore time here writing all the issues we have had with them but read all the other service center related reviews. Even Camping world isn't this unprofessional. Maybe its time for a new service manager who can actually provide us customers with what the departments it's called, service..
