  I paid for a beautiful chest of drawers and was charged $55 for delivery which i requested for Thursday at 7 pm (and of which i was assured was doable for the crew at Worn). My information was written down only on a post-it note, but it seemed like their normal procedure so I figured it would be ok. On the scheduled day for delivery, I did not hear from anyone at Worn but figured they would call upon arrival. They never showed up and never contacted me. I called the phone number listed multiple times and left a voicemail explaining the situation and asking to be called back. Currently waiting to hear back.
