  The space is nice but Amy Ducan is possibly one of the worst yoga teachers I have ever experienced in my 15 years of yoga. She undermined her students, spent the first 10 min of class ignoring us trying to work an iPad, over explained the most basic poses to the point of boredom. Also she seemed controlling and talked down to many of the student, not including me but I felt bad for her class. She herself could not hold a position. And I received no value, no calming sense, no stretching and just annoyance.
  She also would have us hold a pose and then not stretch the other muscle groups associated with the pose which can be dangerous for less experienced yogis. Other teacher may be great.. I almost asked for my money back. Most of the class we were standing around listening to her talk.
