  A year ago, with much trepidation, I made the decision to rent my property. As a first time 'landlord', I had many questions and concerns. I interviewed several management agency, but BlueKey just stood out from all the others. I had all sorts of 'what if' scenario questions about what if the renter 'did this' or what if the renter 'damaged that' or what if the renter 'claimed such and such'. Torsten and Chris patiently answered all of my questions, talked to me about situations they had worked through in the past and explained their very careful screening process before even placing a renter.
  
  In addition, my HOA had several hurdles in place that needed to be cleared before I could even get Board approval to rent my condo - which included HAVING a signed rental agreement. BlueKey even worked out a compromise with me should we get all the way to placing a renter and then Board approval was denied. WOW!!!
  
  BlueKey did indeed find me a wonderful and responsible renter. Any questions that came up from either me or the renter were handled quickly, professionally and to both my satisfaction and my renter's. When BlueKey conducted their mid-term inspection of the property, I received detailed photographs of my property along with their comments. Deposits have always been made on time to my account and I receive clear monthly statements.
  
  My entire experience this past year with BlueKey has been nothing but positive. I highly recommend their company, their service and their personal attention to their clients.
