  I can't say enough good things about this studio. The owners, Julie and Leah have created such an incredible place. It's clean, welcoming, well run and the cedar wall in the hot room is fantastic. All the teachers I've taken classes from have been knowledgeable and supportive. Bikram yoga is crazy intense and yet this studio also manages to make it fun. It's just such an awesome, challenging yet relaxing environment. If you've been curious about Bikram yoga, but were on the fence, definitely check out a class at this studio!

  In addition to providing the opportunities of retail yoga and logo clothing, hydration after class, and regular practice-expanding workshops, all classes are original 90 minute 26 posture 2 breathing exercise classes. With the amount of classes offered I am able to maintain a consistent practice no matter what day or time I choose to practice. Thank you for being there.
