  I used to go to Bishop's, but I won't go anywhere other than Barber-Q now that I've discovered they give a far better men's haircut for a much more reasonable price. They are friendly, no-nonsense, and pay outstanding attention to detail. If you value a sharp, polished, and expedient haircut over the mediocre beer and excessive conversation you'll get at other barber shops, Barber-Q is the place for you. They are fast, they are professional, and they are GOOD at what they do.
